I'm a Senior Lecturer at the University of Canterbury and a Principle Investigator in Te P┼źnaha Matatini. My research interests are predominantly in combinatorics and include Latin squares, graph colouring and random graphs. I also occasionally work on real-world problems.

I am the Vice President of the Combinatorial Mathematics Society of Australasia.

I am one of the creators and organisers of the Maths Craft Festival.

My current PhD students are Stephen Merry and Sarah Mark.
