Number Theory Down Under 2025 (NTDU) will be held at the University of Canterbury in Christchurch New Zealand from the 25th to the 29th of August, 2025. This is part of a series of conferences (see NTDU). It is the first time it is held in New Zealand. The organisers are Brendan Creutz, Felipe Voloch and Liangyi Zhao.
Talks will be at the Rātā E16 Lecture Theatre at the University of Canterbury.

Christchurch aiport (CHC) is served by flights from many Australian airports and a few from Asia as well (e.g. Singapore) with additional connections via Auckland (AKL). Australian citizens do not need a visa to travel to New Zealand. We have not engaged any travel agency to make accommodation bookings for this workshop—if you receive such an email, it is a scam.
There are a number of suitable motels on Riccarton Rd (near Ilam Rd) about 20min walk to the University. See, e.g.,this map. In addition, a couple of hotels in the city centre are Ibis and Novotel. Finally, a couple of budget conscious options are Haka House, in the city centre and Lylo, near the airport. There are buses from these hotels to the University.
